Application of grazing incidence x-ray fluorescence technique to discriminate and quantify implanted solar wind

The grazing incidence x-ray fluorescence method has differentiated the terrestrial contamination from the low concentration implanted solar wind. The elemental depth distribution is obtained by using this method, which has resulted in the determination of absolute solar wind elemental abundance.
