Abstract

Recruiting through the Internet requires presentation of accurate information to enable applicants to have an idea on the position they are applying for. Techniques such as using key words that describe the position or the job in naming search engines is an effective means for easier browsing among applicants. Qualifications should also be specific to narrow down applicants.
