Abstract
- Cricket 97 from EA Sports features the voice of cricket superstar Richie Benaud. The game is simple and fun to play, but the graphics are unexceptional and the scoring favors the batsman. Choosing teams is relatively straightforward, and games last almost as long as real-life cricket matches. By far the best thing about the game are the voice contributions of Benaud. This is not EA Sports' best game, but would be a welcome addition to a cricket enthusiast's library.
