Abstract
- The inhibiting effect of SH3 domain binding peptides on Lyn function in mast cell activation was determined through utilization of electroporating Lyn-specific SH3 domain binding peptides into adherent RBL cells. Results have shown that the binding of cellular interaction partners to Lyn SH3 domain inhibits the Lyn kinase activity and lessens IgE-receptor cross-linking-induced receptor phosphorylation and calcium signaling.
