Abstract

A study was conducted on the electrical properties of YBCO/Y0.7Ca0.3Ba2O7-x/YBCO trilayer junctions employing c-axis oriented films with transition temperatures around 55K. The junctions exhibit Fraunhofer pattern under a magnetic field, indicating interlayer Josephson coupling. The critical current's exponential dependence on temperature indicate that the trilayer junctions function as superconductor-normalconductor-superconductor junctions.
