Abstract
- Career centers are one of the pioneers in the move towards a paperless office through the utilization of the Internet for employee recruitment but they are seemingly among the last also to abandon the use of paper resumes. This development can be attributed to the persistent use by students of paper resumes in their application because only some colleges offer computer services. Even the human resource departments of some of the most technologically advanced firms don't have the necessary computers and software for employee recruitment.
