- ]Five publically traded firms including Scorpion Technologies, Builders Warehouse, and Osicom, which are linked to Chadha and Witz, all made offshore deals. Described are the several investigations into these deals, money laundering, and massive securities fraud based on the loophole in the 1933 Securities Act called Reg S.
