Simplification of kinase binding assays

Small molecule kinase inhibitors have emerged as promising therapeutics over the past decade, particularly in oncology. Studies show that small molecule inhibitors interact differently with the various conformational and activation states of a protein kinase. Information about the multiple classes of kinase inhibitors is also presented.
