Abstract
- Occupational therapy professionals and company executives have very different ideas about how to incorporate disabled individuals back into the workplace. Statistics are given. These differences may result in disagreement or muddled organisation in the workplace. Employers can achieve a working strategy by encouraging both parties to work together on group projects. Third party rehabilitation professionals can be employed to enhance group unity. Other suggestions to ease the problem are given.
