Abstract
- A new home-health assistance Medicaid program is being planned by the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), allowing physically disabled and elder members t choose their own caregivers. The program is creating concerns over possible fraud and could hurt the state's 500 businesses that provide the same type of service.
