Commentaries on venous leg ulcers diagnostic and treatment draft guideline

University of Pennsylvania School medical researchers have drafted a guideline concerning diagnosis and treatment of venous leg ulcers. Guideline information was gathered from an interdisciplinary group of clinicians involved in wound care and reviewed by a national advisory panel. Five diagnostic modes on clinical assessment, venous disease, ankle brachial index, arterial disease, and pressure ulcers make up the diagnostic algorithm.
