Abstract
- Weakly nonlinear behavior of electric power transmission through an elastic wall by piezoelectric transducers and acoustic waves near resonance is analyzed by using the cubic theory of nonlinear electroelasticity. The studies have shown that near nonlinear resonance the electrical input-output relation has lost its linearity, has become multi-valued and has jumped due to large mechanical deformations.
