More bankers are now prepared when layoffs come

Abstract

Bankers have become better prepared in finding employment alternatives after being laid off from banks which have been acquired. The majority of bankers eventually find jobs in other banks or in related areas, such as insurance, brokerage houses, mortgage companies, or some other financial service.
