DCLG says harsh PSA rules made it miss its targets

Abstract

United Kingdom Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) secretary Peter Housden says public service agreement rules have caused the agency to meet its performance targets. He also claimed the DCLG had a good performance. Meanwhile, the agency's housing targets are seen to be influenced by the economic crisis.
