Abstract

An efficient calculation method based on the nonequilibrium Green's function is developed for solving the quantum relativisticlike Dirac's equation that has governed the low-energy excited states in graphene. This method is used for examining the electron transport and the spin polarization in a single-graphene barrier structure.
