In-state tuition for the undocumented: education effects on Mexican young adults

A study was conducted to investigate the impact of tuition subsidy in the form of in-state tuition to undocumented students on the education of noncitizen Mexican young adults. Findings indicate that this policy is associated with a 2.5 percentage point increase in college enrollment and a 3.7 percentage point increase in the proportion of students with at least some college education.
