Abstract: Several transcriptome analyses are conducted to study the large noncoding RNA (lnRNAs) that regulate embryonic stem (ES) cell pluripotency and lineage specification in mouse and several other mammals. These RNAs are shown to be significant even for the epigenetic regulation of homeotic loci during the differentiation of ES cell.
