Abstract

About 200 investors, some from Missouri's Kansas City area, claim that they had conducted business with Noble Trust Co.. The trust company was placed under New Hampshire Banking Department's conservatorship after $15 million was discovered to be missing from its account. It is alleged that the money was lost in a Colorado Ponzi scheme.
