Running in circles: portfolio managers see the Dow dropping 4900, then bouncing back

The number of money managers that are bearish in Jul 1996, according to Barron's Big Money Poll, has increased 15% in a three-month period. Most believe that the Dow Jones Industrial Average will drop in the months ahead, but they also agree that it will begin ascending again by the end of 1996.
