Abstract
- A study on the basis of the Dietary Reference Intakes of the U.S. Department of Agriculture surveys the technological effects of juice processing on the mineral element content in sea buckthorn juice to assess the nutritional value. A beneficial source of chromium, copper, manganese, molybdenum, iron and potassium are obtained on drinking seabuckthorn juice.
