Taubman's new outlet: 'value' regional malls

Abstract: Taubman Company Inc. is switching its emphasis from regional shopping mall development to developing outlet centers. It is currently working on two outlet center development projects near Tempe, AZ and in Auburn Hill, MI. The Arizona Mills center near Tempe will provide 1.2 mil square feet of retail space.
