Abstract
- Researchers from the University of Florida have developed a hurricane simulator that employs an array of eight high-efficiency vane-axial fans to simulate a hurricane. This equipment can be used to mimic the effects of rain driven by a hurricane's wind to test water intrusion into walls and windows.
