Abstract
- A semi-portable direct current-superconducting quantum interference device magnetometer system is developed for studying diseases of the human heart and brain. The system is equipped with a liquid helium continuous cryostat with a cool down time of 20 minutes. The pickup coil is made of Nb-Ti-Cu wire. The magnetometer has a very low white noise level and allows reliable magnetocardiogram measurements.
