Back to the future?

Java, the new Web compatible programming language from Sun Microsystems, will probably solve problems associated with software applications from any hardware platform. Many programming languages available today produce compiled programs that can run only on one kind of computer platform. The Internet Personal Computer that can run the e-mail, word processing and Internet access software will probably allow fast upgrades with the Java system.
