Abstract
- A transcriptome/proteome-wide approach is used for discovering binding partners for chromogranin A (CHGA) by employing a phase display cDNA library method. The studies have shown that the trans-Golgi protein SCLIP and SCG10 has interacted with CHGA, shared partial colocalization in the Golgi apparatus and are required for typical transmitter storage and release from chromaffin cells.
