Abstract
- The bromine industry in Europe has accused Greenpeace of endangering consumers by calling for the removal of hazardous chemicals and materials from products. The debate on the use of decabromodiphenyl ether on gaming consoles resulted in the banning or approval of the substance in some countries. Law on the substance's use is also discussed.
