Abstract
- Deficiencies on the 'social side' of sustainable communities, as well as the British government's over-dependence on the private sector could hamper the achievement of targets to build 3 million new homes by 2020 in England. Views on the sustainability of housing communities and on regulations on design of homes, are also presented.
