Abstract
- Theory of Inventive Problem Solving or TRIZ is a methodology developed by Genrich Altshuller. The problem-solving methodology, widely used in the technology field, was applied in the services industry. A systematic framework comprising of eight stages is developed following the inventive TRIZ concept.
