Abstract

It is found that perceived control by consumers of self-service Internet technologies has the strongest influence on service quality evaluation. Perceived speed of delivery, reliability, and enjoyment are also major factors in service quality perceptions. It is also found that perceived customer value has a big effect on continued interaction.
