Phase transitions during heating of melt-drawn ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylenes using different moalecular characteristics

Several wide-angle X-ray diffraction measurements are conducted to explain the phase transitions taking place during the heating of melt-drawn ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylenes using different molecular characteristics. The molecular characteristics of the compounds are shown to be completely dependent on the resultant morphologies.
