Do SMEs do knowledge management? Or simply manage what they know?

The study focuses on the adoption of small and medium-sized business of knowledge management and the distinction between formal and informal knowledge management processes. Findings showed that concepts and vocabulary of knowledge management are beginning to penetrate small firms. Other details of the study are presented.
