Abstract
- The ability of the ryanodine to induce calcium release from hepatocyte microsomes is independent of the calcium concentration in the assay mixture. Ryanodine release calcium in a dose-receptive manner. Research reveals that calcium regulation of adenosine 5'-cyclic diphosphate-ribose does not act as the endogenous ligand for release via receptor RyR in liver cells.
