Abstract

Increased environmental regulation is causing demand for environmental services specifically designed for commercial real estate. The Brownfields Economic Redevelopment Initiative, which promotes the clean-up and redevelopment of environmentally contaminated sites, has initiated renewed environmental concerns for real estate developers.
