Logistic chain modelling

The application of operations research models and techniques to business process reengineering and integration of different logistic procedures is investigated. Specifically, the concept of integrated logistic chain modelling is reviewed. To optimize the turnaround time of the total logistic chain, two logistic laboratories were developed. One is the TASTE simulation tool while the other is a distribution planning support system.
