Killings in Ohio bring home danger of work-related violence to banks

The Columbus, OH, murders of two Banc One Corp employees and two other people have demonstrated that bank workers face threats that go beyond those encountered in robberies. Banc One employees Tracy and Brian Stevens, their daughter, and another person were allegedly killed by Jerry Hessler, a former Banc One worker. Hessler was fired following Tracy Stevens' sexual-harassment complaint against him.
