Abstract: The thioenols derived from cyanomonothiocarbonylmalonamides and a cyanodithiocarbonylmalonamide are very reactive species and they have reacted under various conditions. Radical mechanisms, nucleophilic substitutions and condensations are some of the mechanisms used for these reactions.
