Abstract
- Tatyana Paramonova, head of Russia's Central Bank, is a tough administrator and policy decisionmaker. She has been strict about financial activities that do not contribute to economic stabilization. Her monetary policy has been favorable to consumers in terms of lower inflation rate and cheaper imports.
