Abstract
- Various approaches for the realization of transparent photodiodes based on bulk heterojunction blends of poly-3-hexylthiophene and [6,6]-phenyl butyric acid methyl ester are examined. Results suggest the transmittance of 36 percent of the incident light with 46 percent external quantum efficiency (EQE) at a wavelength of 530 nm.
