Builders group faults stimulus plan

Abstract
- The government's $168 billion economic-stimulus package doesn't go far enough to assist the ailing housing market, according to the National Association of Home Builders of the United States. Tax rebates of $1,200 for married couples and $600 for individuals will be made under the plan.
