Abstract

Employees in the modern workplace are required not merely to follow instructions and procedures but more importantly to possess high-performance workplace skills. All companies should help promote the acquisition of high-performance workplace skills by the general workforce, since the quality of the entire workforce has an impact on the economy in general and on each company in particular.
