Abstract

Mass retailers have happily entered the game of selling casual wear to the consumer seeking comfort and a cheap price above style or fashion. T-shirts, sweatshirts, and sweatsuits have become reportedly huge sellers in discount chains and retail stores. Cotton and cotton/polyester blends have been the best sellers, as well as printed t-shirts.
