San Antonio school choice plans: rewarding or creaming?

A study by Valerie J, Martinez, R. Kenneth Goodwin, Frank R. Kermerer and Laura Perna is an important addition to the growing body of literature on school choice and the people who choose the schools they want their children to attend. The study particularly cites two different choice plans in San Antonion, TX. However, further study reveals that school choice actually worsens the gap between the different social classes in the US.
