Abstract: Attorney Eliot Jubelirer, in comments at a litigation- and claims-management seminar, discussed the future sources of toxic tort claims. Jubelirer, of San Francisco, CA's Morgenstein and Jubelirer, said that 200,000 asbestos-related claims could be filed between 1995 and 2025.
