Abstract

The companies like Northrop Grumman, Boeing and Lockheed Martin are struggling to win the bid for the U.S. Navy's Broad Area Maritime Surveillance (BAMS) competition. Northrop Grumman's officials feel that the BAMS competition is only one where the testing is performed on full basis.
