Abstract

The trial results for the treatment of colorectal cancer with cetuximab, a chimeric monoclonal antibody against the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is reported. The overall survival and progression-free survival were found to be better among patients receiving cetuximab in whom other treatments failed.
