Abstract: The effectiveness of zoledronic acid in prevention of new clinical fractures, to patients undergone hip fracture surgery is studied. Results concluded yearly infusion of zoledronic acid within 90 days of hip fracture surgery reduced risk of new clinical fractures raising survival rate.
