Abstract
- The Hughes-Weiner thesis on the existence of cross-cultural differences in the experiential learning cycle of Kolb is investigated based on the learning styles of European management students. Results verify the Hughes-Weiner thesis. French students were found to prefer rational perceptual orientation while German students prefer practical instead of theoretical receptivity. Spanish, Anglo-Irish and East European students also prefer practical learning stimuli.<br />There is a growing need to deliver high quality training in different countries across Europe and the World.
