Whose wishes and feelings? Children's autonomy and parental influence in family court enquiries

The authenticity of information interpreted from family court enquiries of children involved in a divorce case between their parents is discussed. It is revealed that whether the views expressed are those of the children themselves or are influenced by others needs to be examined.
