Abstract
- Potter Svend Bayer believes in using simple forms for his works. Bayer's designs are influenced by Japanese yakeshime pots that can be characterized as lacking in ornate decoration and plainly functional. He uses unrefined clays and woodburning kilns for making stoneware.
