Abstract
- Much research has been done on the economic concept of convexity. P. Newman's findings that a firm may produce more than one output can be applied to the study of multioutput production. Research on the relationship between convexity and homogeneity shows that Newman's theories are applicable to multiproduct technologies in a set-theoretic approach. Moreover, convex individual technology sets can be made from aggregate technology.
